Shipping & Returns

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our stickers as each batch is carefully inspected.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns & exchanges must be shipped back to the return address within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition they were received.

DEFECTS

We strive for amazing high quality, handmade items. We make each product in small batches of 6-12 and inspect each batch carefully. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@simplymadebyjb.com with your order # and pictures of the specific defect so we can make sure we can help resolve the issue.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are always only an estimate and never guaranteed. Once your order is dropped off to USPS, it is completely out of our hands.

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Stolen/lost packages
  • Wrong addresses provided by customers
  • PO Box issues
  • Damaged packages by postal service

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Only orders under 1oz have the option for free, untracked shipping. 
All other orders, weighing 1oz or more, must pay the appropriate shipping for the weight of their package. We do not make the shipping prices, they are calculated by the weight of your package, so these prices cannot be adjusted.
Shipping can take up to 10-14 business days (not including weekends and holidays). However, due to COVID, shipping times may be delayed.
